Leases will be sent to all qualified applicants. All applicants must be admitted to UAB and enrolled prior to move-in.

RESERVATIONS? Rooms are reserved once completed lease (includes lease agreement and $250.00 prepayment) is processed.
[+]AVAILABILITY & ROOMMATES
Rooms are first-come/first serve, prioritized by the date completed lease is received
Roommate requests will be honored while space is available.
- $2,300 per semester, paid August 2009 and January 2010.
- Individual 9-month leases, non-renewable, totals $4,600.

[+]GENERAL INFO
Blazer Hall capacity is 753 residents.
Most suites are 2 Bedroom/2 Bath(double-occupancy bedrooms). Some suites are 3BR/3 BA with a small “living room” area. Cost is the same for both.
Kitchenettes in all suites includes cabinets, granite counter top, sink, and a full-size refrigerator.
Rent includes: internet access, wifi, basic cable TV with HEAT movie channel, and all utilities.
Security Features: 29 trained RAs, full-time resident life coordinator on site, on call maintenance staff, video cameras throughout the building and surroundings, electronic locks, 24-hour staffing at front desk, limited points of entry.
